Terms and Conditions

  • All payments are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.

  • Vendors must adhere to the setup and teardown times provided by the event organizers.

  • Any damages to the booth space will be the responsibility of the vendor.

  • The organizers reserve the right to approve or disapprove any exhibitor applications.

  • Vendor setup time will be from 07:00 to 10:00.

  • The show will run from 10:00 to 16:00.

  • Take down and network lounge will be from 16:00 to 19:00.
